Refund and Return Policy

User cannot cancel the order which is placed to buy Credits but user can take refund of unused Credits at any time.

Products once sold will not returned and refunded, user cannot cancel your order to claim the refund.

In case, the order has been placed two times due to any technical issue or the payment has been deducted two times then the amount of duplicate payment will be refunded back to the user within 24 working hours, it might take some additional time to reflect in user's bank account (Depends upon Bank processing time).

NOTE: There is no any expiry date of WINLUCK Credits, user can use these credits any time on any poduct which is selling on WINLUCK website.

Free Credits: User cannot withdraw Free Credits or Promotional Benefits as it is just an offer for users. User can not use these credits to transfer to any other user's WINGLUCK account. Free Credits helps user to learn the experience of WINGLUCK services.

Return Policy of any good and services same as that offered by the Seller or Company or Manufacturer, if any. WINGLUCK does not accept any return of product once sold.

Cancellatoin Terms:
User can cancel the order with in 24 hours of purchase, only and only orders which are placed to buy any Product under Wing Discount Trend Section.
User can not cancel the orders which are placed to Buy Credits. The Credits will be added in User's Panel immediately after comfirmation of payment with no exipry date. You can take refund of unused Credits at any time.
